This policy explains when NeuroRouter purchases can be refunded. It differs by plan because the plans work differently. We always honor the exceptions listed at the bottom, and we never refuse a refund that the law requires.
Generally non-refundable after the license is delivered.
NeuroRouter Pro is an offline-first software license. Once we deliver your license key, it remains usable on your machine until its signed expiry date, and we do not remotely disable a license that has already been delivered. Because a delivered Pro license stays in your hands and keeps working, Pro purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery.
Cancelling Pro stops future renewals and future license re-issuance. Any license already issued to you stays valid until its signed expiry — you keep what you paid for through the period it covers.
Managed plans, governed by your agreement.
Teams and Enterprise plans use managed entitlements, which means seats can be deactivated centrally. Refund and cancellation terms for these plans — including any proration or immediate deactivation — follow the managed agreement for your account. If you are on a Teams or Enterprise plan and have a billing question, contact us and we will work it out against the terms of your agreement.
